Blaze was walking randomly through the halls, bored as usual, and came to a gigantic room he had only been in a few times before, reluctantly at that. Going in he found many shelves filled with books, and remembered why he had come so scarcely. It was the library, and he, probably most of all people, hated libraries. Slowly he made his way shelf to shelf bitterly glaring at his surroundings wondering what exactly had brought him there.
His feet brought him to the reference section. Blaze started looking through the books for a famous witches and wizards one. Almost always curious, he wanted to see if his mother actually was as famous as she always told him. Finally after a great deal of searching found one titled Famous Witches and Wizards Over the Past Five Centuries. He almost laughed at the convenience.
Skimming through the Index he looked for the last name Spellseeker, and found a few listings, the Spellseekers used to be a big family. Checking for the first name Amelia, though, there was only one. Once again Blaze was tempted to laugh, his mother was right after all. He tucked his book under his arm and decided to read what she did later, though he already had a guess as to what it was, and he didn't completely like it. Sighing he realized he had no idea what to do with the book now. Was he to just take it, or did he have to check it out, or something else.

October drifted silently into the library, her usual ghostlike tread even lighter than usual. She carried two small, yet thick, books. She smiled fondly as she gazed around the library. She would probably spend all night here if left to her own devices. There was just to much to entertain her in the wayts of books. She took a deep breath of the cool air and exhaled it as a happy sigh.

Seeing October, Blaze hesitated normally he wouldn't be caught dead in this place and really didn't want to be seen there. "Hey Tober," he finally waved, "mind helping?"

October swung her head lazily in Blaze's direction. She smiled serenely before drifting over, "Helping with what, may I ask?"

"Check it out, of course." October replied, "All you have to do is find Madam Pince and ask if you can take it. She usually says no, unless you're a regular who she knows treats her books well."

"Well then what's the point of coming to this stupid place if she wont let you take a book?" he glared at the lady he thought was Madam Price. "Hey I know, why don't you do this checking for me."

OCtober took the book gently from him, supporting her other two books in her other arm, "Certainly, Blaze. Just promise to be very, very careful with it. If the book is so much as smudged, she will punish you horribly."

((I'm going to briefly take over Madam Pince, so you all know.))
October smiled return, turned on her heel, and drifted over to Madam Pince to ask if she could take the book. The elderly witch library gaze October an appraising look before frowning and reluctantly nodding without a single word. The fourth year nodded in reply and floated back over to Blaze.
"It's yours. Just be careful with it." October said, handing him the book.

"Oh, Blaze. It's fine. I doubt just dropping it would do any harm." She smiled reassuringly, snatching the book off the floor just before he could grab it and handing it to him.

"Yeah true," he grinned, "though if I dropped it in the lake or a mud puddle that might hurt or if I fall down the stairs again and it's with me it might get torn," Blaze continued going on and on about all the clumsy things that might happen to him injuring the book along with him.

October let out a short laugh, "Try not to think about how you could mess the book up and I'm sure you'll do fine."

"Thanks," he smiled, "maybe if I don't think about it, it wont happen," Blaze tried being optimistic.
