"Are muffins good at holding conversations? I wouldn't imagine a muffin could be all that interesting to talk to." October replied, still chuckling quietly.

"Uh, yeah they really are great," he smiled, "expecially because they won't argue with you and tell you you're wrong. Hey muffin," Blaze spoke to his muffin, "who is the greatest person alive." The muffin didn't respond just sit there like the lifeless muffin it was. "That so," Blaze told October. "It agrees that it's me!"

October laughed again, "Of course it does." She replied, shaking her head lightly and smiling to herself, "I doubt a mere muffin has the power to disagree with you, a human who could devour it in mere minutes, Blaze."

"Personally, I prefer poppy seed muffins," October said, gesturing to the muffin she was pulling apart, "But blueberry is fine as well. It's a good fruit."

"Yeah, and strawberries and bananas and brownies, and all different kinds of fruit rock!" Blaze stated all to hyperly. Though once he realized how much of a moron he sounded hurriedly shut his mouth.

October laughed, "Indeed. Most fruits are quite good." She replied, smiling and plucking an apple from the nearest fruit bowl (all the apples in it were green, for Slytherin, of course. Just as all the apples on the Gryffindor table were red and those on the Hufflepuff table were yellow).
