Before the mystery girl escaped, Kingsley ran to catch her. "Hey, Hey wait up! I just want to talk to you. Who are you?" he yelled across the room.

Caroline hesitated then stopped thinking she had nothing to lose. "I go mostly by Caroline," she stepped towards them, "and who might you be?"

He slowed to a halt as he reached her. "Kingsley Shacklebolt, Gryffindor's head boy. Your house must be Hufflepuff right?" She certainly didn't look like she belonged in his house.

"Nope, Gryffindor, 5th year," Caroline shook her head though she wasn't sure if he could see her, "Lumos," she muttered pulling out her wand making sure no one else was coming.

A startled look came across his face. Maybe that drink really had gotten to him... He couldn't remember his own house members? "Right then. What are you doing out?" he asked, heading back to his old attitude.

"Going out for a walk, and you?" she smiled, blue eyes shining almost wickedly.

This time it was an almost sneer that crossed his face. With a thought, he stopped. "Well then, let me tell my friends and I'll walk you back to the common room."

"No need," Caroline waved nonchalantly, "I still have something I need to take care of."

Kingsley quickly became adamant. "Hey Caroline, as your Head Boy I order you to leave the immediate area of Hogsmeade and head back to the school."

((Alright I'm probably going to leave too, but tomorrow I have to get off around 5))
Caroling just stood there trying not to laugh, "Hey Kingsley, as myself I order you not to order me around," she mocked him. This random visit out was turning out to be highly amusing for her, and she was happy she was able to go.

((One more post I guess... Haha so obessed.. And you have/will contribute to major Kingsley attitude development))
She was mocking him! He couldn't believe it! No one had ever not listened to him this way. "Let's Go! I mean it too!" This Caroline was extremly confusing.

"I'm not going back yet. If you care to wait in the common room, or something, to prove to yourself I'm not running away from school, I have no objections, but I haven't completed my walk and I'm not leaving until I do," she wasn't being mean about it, just stubborn. Caroline probably would have gone back happily if he hadn't ordered her to; it was just her way. She smiled once again, absentmindedly playing with a strand of red hair that had come out of her ponytail earlier on in the day.

"Fine, but you've got ten minutes and I'm following you to make sure you don't leave." Kingsley completely looked over the fact that he too was off school grounds late at night. He moved towards the door and then opened it for Caroline in the first kind gesture he had ever committed. Usually he just let the doors swing back and hit the underclassmen in the face.

"Thank you but I'd perfer to go alone, wouldn't want someone catching me because you where there. How do I know you can move without making a noice?" She smiled walking to the door but not leaving.

"How do you think I got out of school?" He paused as he realized his mistake of speaking before he thought. Oh well, no one would find out that he left school anyway. "Michael's the one who makes all the noise." Kingsley pointed to his friend who sat slumped over the table, butterbeer in hand.
