Not completely wanting to admit to being frightened she told him, "Nothing, I just thought I saw... something, is all," but the noise continued and she gripped her wand and stood staring at the growing dark forest.

"No, not at all, I smile alot as well," she smiled; then she saw it move again close this time and almost gasped, it was heading toward her tree. Ok now she was getting a little ticked, "Hey, that's my tree!" She said stepping toward the forest.

"Yes, yes, I am. That stupid thing was just heading toward my tree is all." She sighed when she saw it move away back into the woods. She looked up where she thought she left her book, and it was gone. "Hey, that thing stole my book!" she told Gryffin and started heading after it into the forest.

"Because it's my book and I was the one stupid enough to leave it in the tree," she began, but as she went further into the forest added, "though you can come with me if you like."

"I think I can handle it. I have read about all sorts of dangers in this forest, besides what if you get lost or need back up, then I am here." She continued walking following the black object through the thickening trees.
